Starting Monday, April 20th, we welcome all Canadians to join us in taking part in a 7-day activity challenge. we understand with the current status of the world our options to workout and stay active are limited; this does not mean we can’t get creative with out workouts and challenge ourselves to stay healthy. This 7-day challenge will help you think outside the box, open you up to new virtual experiences (online classes, Instagram lives), and connect you with other members of our #wellocommunity. Did we mention there is a prize? At the end of the 7 days, one winner will walk away with a brand-new FitBit.

Here’s how it’ll work:

Follow us on any of our social channels: Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Each day take part in a new activity that’ll get your body moving. Some examples include:

  • Walking up and down your stairs for 10 minutes
  • Taking a virtual Yoga Class
  • Going for a run
  • Take part in a virtual fitness class
  • Stretch while watching your favorite tv series
  • Build an obstacle course with your kids

We will be sharing additional recommendations/classes to take part in each day via our social channels so keep an eye out for them.

Some tips to help fortify yourself:

  • Sleep better
  • Double your exercise
  • Eat properly
  • Practice mindfulness
  • Release anxiety, and allow tears to flow when the need arises
  • Laugh and find happiness in small moments
  • Set Boundaries

Once each activity has been completed, take a photo and tag #wellocommunity

At the end of the 7 days, challengees who completed the full 7 days will be added to a draw for a chance to win the grand prize.
